Wilda Attilus teaches Kindergarten, this is her first-year teaching and her first year at Team Success. She is from Haiti, she attended Florida A&M University, where she earned a B.S in Health science and M.Ed. in Educational Leadership. Ms. Attilus is certified to teach grades K-6. She also lived in Naples, FL for eight years (from the age of ten to eighteen) and graduated from Lely High School.
Ms. Attilus believes that all students can learn with the right instructional support, and all students come into the classroom with prior knowledge that contributes to the learning process. All students can learn, but each student has a different learning style and not all students have the same educational background. To become a great educator, one must be able to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners; which may include using increasingly intensive instructional interventions for students who continue to struggle.
